Accommodation

Local designer Juliet Jowett designed all 41 bedrooms individually with a unique décor and took advantage of the many original features that the corn mill had to offer. 41 Bedrooms in total all with privacy hatches to the side of the bedroom door, this is where we deliver your room service breakfast, your morning newspaper or even deliver your polished shoes back to you. 42 The Calls boasts One Penthouse Suite, Two Suites, Six Director Rooms, Superior & Deluxe Rooms & Study Rooms, some bedrooms have views over the River Aire.

Bedrooms vary in size and style but are united by the common values of comfort and quality. All rooms have handmade beds, we have provided so many homely touches from homemade biscuits and fudge that you may never want to leave.

Facilities

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries, Frog Soaps, & bathrobes. Each room has a privacy hatch located next to the bedroom door, CD players, satellite TV, modem points, handmade beds with Egyptian Cotton Linen, mini bar, hot beverage tray with homemade biscuits, Iron & Ironing Board, trouser press, hairdryer, complimentary mineral water and homemade fudge. 42 The Calls is also proud to share a building with two of the finest restaurants in Leeds offering hotel guests a choice of award winning dining experiences on the door step: Brasserie Forty 4 (Good Food Guide 2001-2002-2003), is the bright, buzzy, fun loving sibling to the cool, refined, Michelin starred Pool Court Restaurant, praised for the past 35 years by the UK’s most respected food guides.
