Location

Brunello restaurant is located in the newly opened Baglioni Hotel on Hyde Park Gate opposite Kensington Palace. Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this versatile space, flooded with natural light, serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, antipasti with cocktails and then dinner. There is also a light bar menu available throughout the day.

Decor

The room’s opulent colour scheme comprises muted greys and burnished golds. There is a choice of upright grey velvet chairs or more relaxed armchairs covered in a smooth grey flannel. The generously spaced tables have sleek black lacquered wood surfaces. Black Venetian Glass chandeliers and candles light the room. A centrally located circular bar dominates the space.

Head Chef Stefano Stecca

The chef at Brunello Restaurant is Stefano Stecca, who has worked at some of the best restaurants in London including Zafferano and Floriana, and most recently was the head chef at Green Olive in Maida Vale.
