Overview

The Château de Mirambeau’s galleries, spires, chapel and stone porticoes are an invitation to think back to the history of the XII to XVII centuries. A large part of the architecture of the Château dates back to XIX century, however some even dates back to the XI century. One side of the château consists of a castle built in the XI century. The style and architecture carry you back to the past and allow you to experience the atmosphere of ancient château life.

Location

The Château is located in one of the most fascinating and best known areas of southwest France, Charente-Maritime, between the famous cities of Cognac and Bordeaux.

Accommodation

The spacious rooms and suites are decorated with refined antique furnishings, sumptuos silks, lavish four-poster beds and beautiful marble bathrooms. They are also provided with every modern comfort.

Facilities

The hotel has a Wellness Centre with swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium and gym. In the eight hectares of park there are two tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool and an attended car park.
