Catering for the new, more discerning customer Duttson DB&C provide a unique and personalised service in the acquisition of diamonds.

Bespoke Service

Whether at home, work or in your lunch break, Duttson DB&C visit their private clients whenever convenient, in order to teach them about the 4 C's (colour, cut, clarity and carat), and show what options there are within the specific criteria and budget of the client.

Following an order, a loose diamond is then sourced directly from Antwerp, typically within 48 hrs. The diamond is then presented in a temporary clamp ring setting so as to enable the client to see what it looks like on.

With free consultation and advice, the design and setting is completely determined by the client, whom with one of Duttson's many designers, can ensure they have the design they’ve always wanted, hand made and delivered in a black suede lined box straight to their door.

Putting an end to an otherwise previously nerve wracking buying experience, DDB&C are able to make sure clients get exactly the desired diamond, at the right price and in the design of their choice.

Standards and Experience

Owner, Neil Duttson has worked in the diamond industry for a number of years, successfully completing both GIA and HRD diamond courses. Constantly on the move, whether to Antwerp to source diamonds or participating in industry fairs at Basel in Switzerland & Hong Kong Neil keeps up to date within the industry finding exactly the right diamond for clients.

Harry Lucas joined DDB&C having spent 3 years with De Beers. Previously involved in a number of pilot projects in both Japan and America before bringing his expertise to DDB&C
