Recently undergoing a major renovation, with new facilities including a Laconium, herbal steam chamber, two fitness studios, and a state of the art Rasul mud chamber and thalassotherapy pool to be completed in July 2003, Henlow Grange has over 40 years history as a health farm and has been a centre of peace for centuries.

Spa

Henlow Grange's charm lies in its reverence to the past whilst providing the latest spa facilities. All bedrooms have been refurbished and even the modern standard rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The spa includes a magnificent 25 metre indoor swimming pool with whirlpool, Laconium heat room and herbal steam chamber, and a state of the art thalassotherapy pool in July. There is also a fully computerised gymnasium and two fitness studios offering dynamic and holistic classes. Our team of fully trained staff are on hand to create personal fitness programmes especially to meet your individual needs.

Treatments

Henlow offers a range of the finest treatments from Babor, Carita, Clarins, Decleor and Elemis. Henlow also offers the legendary Wax Bath treatment, exclusive to Henlow for over 40 years. During the treatment, warm paraffin wax is smothered all over your body to exfoliate and condition the skin.

Activities

Champneys Henlow offers range of fun activities like water netball, aqua woggle and dance classes. Henlow also offers cycling and power walks through the 150 acres of peaceful picturesque Bedfordshire grounds. The River Hiz flows through the grounds and down a spectacular Weir built during the Cistercian Monks occupation.
