Guests may relax over exquisite gourmet meals served at the hotel’s longtime world renown restaurant “Relais Le Jardin”, in the main dining room amidst, grandiose mirrors, boiserie and antique, hand-painted stained glass or in the delightful “veranda” overlooking the oasis-like property garden. As one of Florence ’s preferred gastronomic landings, dishes are comprised of sensational combinations that blend the strong flavours of Tuscan tradition with a refined, light cuisine. Inspired by Executive Chef Rino Pennucci, the cuisine is distinctly Italian and carefully matched with rare wines selected by the experienced sommelier.
