Location

Easily accessible by car or in horse-drawn open carriage (just 10 minutes from the international airport), the discreet main entrance to La Sultana opens onto the reception area, in keeping with the Arab tradition of intimacy in private spaces. 3 magnificent 18-hole golf courses are located only 15mins from La Sultana.

Accommodation

Each luxurious suite and room is different with its own individual atmosphere, size and elegant, wildlife-themed decor, making each successive visit a fresh voyage of discovery. Both suites and rooms have their own large fireplace, each one of an original and unique design. The comfort and luxury of the sitting areas recalls the splendour of days gone by, further enhanced by solid cedar wood dressing rooms and bathrooms worthy of a Roman temple.

Wellbeing

The real heart of the hotel is the heated swimming pool in a restrained setting of exposed brick and ancient timber, all carefully thought-out to restore the authentic atmosphere of a long-ago palace within historic walls - walls that are in fact part of the Tombs of the Saadian Kings, only open to the public since 1917 after being hidden for centuries. In keeping with the overall design of the Riads, meticulously planned to harmonise with the authentic sounds, scents and light of this enchanting country, much careful thought has gone into the venerable tradition of bathing, resulting in the creation of spaces that are wonderfully conducive to the feeling of total relaxation and well-being that comes from indulging in a superb hammam or steam bath, sauna or spa treatment, all about to be finished in the coming months.
