With an enviable reputation for excellence, Alex creates some of the most imaginative and delicious recipes around. Diners can enjoy mouth-watering creations such as turbot with wild fungi, terrine of roast poussin with foie gras and prunes, and hand-boned New Forest pork, brined in beer and pot-roasted with honey and cloves. Desserts include Strawberry Shortbread and Banana Crème Brulee and even the cheese-board is the last-word in style, the four, ripe cheeses presented with accompanying mini-glasses of different wines to provide the perfect enhancement experience.
