Silhouette Chefs' provide a service with convenience in mind - delivering gourmet cooked meals right to the participants home or office in central London 5 or 7 days a week.

How does it work?

The programme could not be easier. Each morning participants receive a delivery of 3 meals and 2 snacks. These gourmet meals and healthy snacks are prepared according to the Zone program and promote lean body mass, weight loss, decreased carbohydrate cravings, lower blood sugar levels, increased energy levels and improved mental clarity.

Freshness & variety

Each Silhouette Chefs™ meal is made absolutely to the Zone specifications using ingredients bought daily from top suppliers ensuring you eat the freshest and healthiest food possible. They insure a 28 day cycle of various meals in order to provide everyone with variety and excitement. If participants have a specific food dislike or allergy, they will change the meals, providing they have 48hrs advance notice.
