Chef Lewis Hamblet

Specialising in superb traditional English cuisine with Mediterranean influences, our Executive Chef, Lewis Hamblet, prepares exquisite menus to entice and satisfy the most discerning guest. Lewis cooks carefully and superbly using fresh local produce, much of it from the private walled garden. The art of the cooking is matched by a carefully selected wine list.

Activities

The three course table d'hôte Camellia Menu is available daily and is a carefully chosen selection of dishes, each meal prepared using only the finest ingredients. Alternatively the extensive a la carte menu is also available.

There are private facilities available that can cater for up to 130 guests in private rooms with stunning views and air conditioning.
