The Carlton Tower features 220 luxury rooms and suites - many overlooking the stunning gardens of Cadogan Place. The Rib Room & Oyster Bar

The original Rib Room, with its emphasis on beef and traditional British dining, was redesigned in late 1999 to incorporate the Oyster Bar and offer a wider selection of cuisine. The menu remains heavily meat-oriented (the roast rib of Aberdeen Angus is a classic) but has been extended to include seafood and fish, particularly at the new Oyster Bar. The restaurant with a comfortable bar and an open-to-view kitchen, retains its 'clubby' atmosphere while keeping apace with modern dining demands.
