High & Wild are the original worldwide adventure planning specialists. They plan some of the most unusual and exciting experiences and adventures to destinations worldwide, of either a physical, cerebral or a gentle nature for people of all ages and abilities.

Experiences and Adventures

High and Wild adventure experiences are what most of us have always dreamed about, and not know where to begin to turn them into reality. From a tiger photo shoot in India, to tandem sky-diving at the North Pole; from an audience with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, to hand made paper making in Somerset, UK; from NASA style space camps in the U.S.A., to canoeing the Zambezi river, rafting and gold panning in the Yukon, crossing the Sahara, and horse riding in New Zealand to Himalayan Climbing. They also undertake special projects such as the expedition  to the North side of Mount Everest through Tibet next year to celebrate the life of the mountaineer Sandy Irvine. The expedition has the support of the Irvine family and Irvine Trust, and on request, tailor make special corporate events and adventure challenges.

The Team

The High and Wild team of professional explorers, adventurers and advisors are amongst the most knowledgeable in their field, with first-hand experience of the Polar regions, Europe, the Middle East, the African continent, Tibet, Nepal and the major parts of the Indian sub continent, as well as S.E. Asia, Australasia and the Americas. This means that if a client cannot find the experience or adventure or even the country they are looking for, assuming there is no political or untoward reason for its exclusion, High & Wild will be able to provide a suitable programme.

In line with PATA and Green Globe 21 principles, High and Wild expect their clients to be committed to sustainable tourism and travel through their personal approach to the fragile environments and cultures they are visiting. As a company, High and Wild support a variety of charities that strive for better conditions for porters and trekking staff in the Indian sub continent and South America , and the protection of indigenous peoples in remote and fragile places such as rainforests and the sub polar regions.
